No. All of our programs require access to a basic gym setup.
You however don’t need a fancy gym with the latest machines because each exercise has alternatives so any gym with dumbbells, cables and barbells will do.
Each program has three levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Each level has adjusted variables like frequency, volume, and so on for the best progress based on your level. So even if you’re just starting out, or have been training for a decade, you can rest assured that these programs are right for you.
Each workout should take you approximately 60-75 minutes, including the warm up. If you follow the rest periods defined in the program, your workouts shouldn’t take longer than that.
A simple Notes entry is better than any complex Excel sheet. If you pay attention to the weight and reps you’re doing each week, and progressively overload, then you’ll be fine even if you don’t track.
